Refund policy

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer personal reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind). Please double-check your order before completing the purchase. 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we are truly sorry! Please contact us at [info@corgibakeryclub.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. 

3. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our production partner to investigate and provide a solution. 

4. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
